Q.2 How will I know if My Order has been placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A confirmation email will have all the details of your order. If you are a registered user and placed the order as a registered user then you can view your order details on My Account -> My Orders.
Q.3 Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, you need to modify/cancel your current order or else place a new order. You can also place another order which can be shipped along with your previous order.
Q.4 How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. Overseas orders might take 6 to 8 working days for an order to get delivered. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you via email/SMS. You can also track your order on our website in TRACK YOUR ORDER tab.
Q.5 How do I cancel my order?
You can visit the website in account summary tab . You can also drop a mail at acme.ai.in @gmail.com or call us on 9592833624 (WhattsApp) to cancel your order.
Q.6 How can I cancel an order?
Ans. You cannot cancel your order once the order is shipped. If the order is shipped, then there will
be return/Refund policy.
Q.7 What do the different under order status indicate?
• Processing: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
• Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
•Complete: Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.
• Canceled: The order was canceled.
Q.8 I tried placing an order using my Credit Card but my card isn’t working. Can you help me place an order?
In case your debit/credit card isn’t working while you are trying to place an order, choose alternate payment methods like UPI/Net Banking etc given on the website. You can also connect on the customer care number where you will be guided to other safe payment methods.
Q.9 I placed Order using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What will happen if money is deducted from my bank account and order is not confirmed?
As a first step, we would kindly request to you please check your bank/credit card account to ensure if the payment has been debited.. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by the Payment gateways within 5 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this process. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise kindly let us know. If the money has been credited to our account we would dispatch your order on same day or initiate refund within 3 days
Q. 10 How to get register at arkthesaprk.com?

To increase the number of any product ordered, please change the value in the quantity box and Click “Update” to see your revised Grand Total.

It’s easy to delete an item from your Shopping Cart all you need to do is to click on the Delete Button for the corresponding item.
Q.15 What happens if I exit after selecting the items without buying?
Shopping cart is the online cart will be maintained if logged in as a registered user else it will be destroyed once the person logouts.

a) Air Cargo through reputed, dependable partners. Most of the items in our site are delivered worldwide, subject to acceptance of items by the customs of the importing countries. We ship them either by COURIER/ air cargo. In case we fail to dispatch due to reasons beyond our control, we shall cancel the order and intimate you accordingly. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items. In case the delivery is not executed during these attempts, due to non-availability of the recipient, or due to wrong address or premises being locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order. Please note that the delivery of the items will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public holidays due to non-availability of Courier Service.
